Ingredients
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh green beans 2 Pound
  Tomato 1 , peeled and chopped
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

MAKING
1. Skim the fat from the broth; you could chill it till the fat rises to th top and gently whisk it away
2. In na saucepan, mix together all the ingredients and cook it over low heat till the vegetables turn tender

SERVING
3. Serve as appropriate
