Classic Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  Fresh basil leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs), rinsed and dried (Firmly Packed For Measuring)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts/Pecans / pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese/Romano cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. IN a food processor, add basil leabves, olive oil, nuts nad garlic and process till smooth
2. In a mixing bowl, add the basil mixture and stir grated cheese into it by hand

SERVING
3. Serve/Use as appropriate
