Italian Garbanzo Salad

Ingredients
  Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sun dried tomato 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dried leaf oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned garbanzo beans 15 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
  Cooked pasta 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pimiento stuffed olives 10 Small, sliced
  Tomato 1 , chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a deep saucepan, heat oil.
2. Add sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, green onions, sliced green pepper and oregano and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add garbanzo beans, olives, pasta and lemon juice.
4. Stir well.
5. Add to tomatoes and toss well.

SERVING
6. Serve immediately or chill and serve.
