|Beer/Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Apple||1 , cut into wedges|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
1. Into a bowl add the beer.
2. Scatter in the flour beating it using a fork until the mixture is as thick as light cream.
3. In a saucepan heat about 1/2" oil.
4. Into the batter dip the apple wedges and thereafter drop into the hot oil.
5. Once light brown and puffed up, about 1-2 minutes, remove to a plate and dust with a little confectioner's sugar.
