Rigatoni Pasta Salad with Shrimp and Bacon

This is an easy, portable recipe great for a potluck. It can be served warm, also.
  Rigatoni 1 Pound, cooked
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (English / Regular)
  Sugar snap peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, small dice
  Garlic cloves 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Medium shrimp 1 Pound
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In a large pot add oil and bacon. Let bacon get crisp and brown. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes. Add snap peas and peas. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta, shrimp, chicken stock, and parsley. Cook all together for about 5 minutes. Season once more with salt and pepper if needed.

Serve with some great Parmesan.
