Green Heaven In A Pot
|Frozen artichoke hearts||1 Pound (1 Box)|
|Green onions||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Medium cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook artichoke hearts as directed on the label.
Drain and dice.
Wash green onions and cut fine, including tops.
Divide artichokes and onions among 4 small ramekins.
Break an egg into each.
Pour cream over eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 45 minutes, or until eggs are of desired doneness.
