|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut stem ends from mushrooms and reserve for other use.
Wash mushrooms, dry with paper towel, and slice evenly.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add mushrooms, and toss.
Let stand at room temperature for about 2 hours.
