Sicilian Meat Balls

|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
1) In a bowl add meat and all the other ingredients, blend well and shape into small balls; fry gently in oil , until brown.
2) Add to the Sicilian sauce and cook gently for an hr, add water if required.
3) Serve immediately.
