|Yellow cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|1% milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley/Chives/basil||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1. Take a bowl and mix the cornmeal with some water.
2. In a non-stick pan, bring remaining water and milk to boil. Season with pepper and salt.
3. Reduce the heat and slowly add cornmeal in the milk mixture. Cook for 5 minutes or until mixture boils.
4. Reduce to very low heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
5. Serve in a serving dish.
