Italian Parsley Sauce

Ingredients
  Parsley 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Chopped anchovies 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped sweet basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Pimientos 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Drained capers 3 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine all the ingredients, mix well and set aside for 3 hours.
2) Store in the refrigerator for maximum 2 weeks.

SERVING
3) Serve when desired with the fish, steak, boiled meats, cold meats, or spread over sandwiches or snack crackers.
