Ingredients
  Hot italian sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), finely chopped
  Fish sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chili pepper 1 , chopped
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple slices 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut
  Bibb lettuce 1 , torn
Directions

Brown sausage with garlic, fish sauce, pepper, chili pepper and cilantro in oil in skillet, stirring until sausage is crumbly.
Spoon sausage mixture onto pineapple pieces; place on lettuce pieces.
Serve with wooden picks.
