Fried Veal Scaloppine
|Veal cutlets||675 Gram|
|All purpose flour||60 Milliliter|
|White pepper||1 Milliliter|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Olive oil||45 Milliliter|
|Veal broth/Chicken broth||170 Milliliter|
|Lemon juice||30 Milliliter|
|White wine||90 Milliliter|
|Chopped parsley||30 Milliliter|
Cut the veal into small serving pieces.
Mix the flour with the salt and pepper and dust the veal.
Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry the garlic to golden brown, then remove and discard it.
Fry the veal in the oil until golden brown.
Reduce the heat and add the broth, lemon juice and wine.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
