Salmon With Cilantro Pesto

Ingredients
  Packed cilantro 375 Milliliter, chopped (Fresh Ones)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), minced
  Toasted pine nuts 80 Milliliter
  Grated parmesan cheese 160 Milliliter
  Pepper 3 Milliliter
For fish
  Salmon fillets 680 Gram (4 Fillets Of 170 Grams Each)
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  White pepper 3 Milliliter
Directions

SAUCE: Combine all the ingredients in a food processor except the oil, blend until well incorporated.
Slowly add the oil until a thick mayonnaise type sauce is formed, reserve until required.
FISH: Brush the fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the fillets over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side.
Serve with a dollop of sauce on each fillet.
