Salmon With Cilantro Pesto
|Packed cilantro||375 Milliliter, chopped (Fresh Ones)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), minced|
|Toasted pine nuts||80 Milliliter|
|Grated parmesan cheese||160 Milliliter|
|Salmon fillets||680 Gram (4 Fillets Of 170 Grams Each)|
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter|
|White pepper||3 Milliliter|
SAUCE: Combine all the ingredients in a food processor except the oil, blend until well incorporated.
Slowly add the oil until a thick mayonnaise type sauce is formed, reserve until required.
FISH: Brush the fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the fillets over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side.
Serve with a dollop of sauce on each fillet.
