Tuscan Chicken Liver Pate On Crostini

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed
  Shallots 4 , finely chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken livers 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Sauvignon blanc 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Crostini 6 (For Serving)
Directions

Saute garlic and shallots in butter over medium-high heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add chicken livers and saute another 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add Sauvignon Blanc, sherry vinegar, sage, cayenne pepper, salt, and white pepper.
Cook another 5 minutes.
Cool.
Place in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Spread on crostini and serve.
