Chicken Breasts With Pesto Sauce
|Chicken breasts||4 (Bone In / Boneless)|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh basil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed through a press|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
Brush chicken breasts with lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken on broiler pan; broil approximately 8 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Turn and broil 5 minutes longer.
Meanwhile, combine basil, cheese, garlic, and oil in blender.
Mix until well blended.
Spread over each chicken breast; broil 5 to 10 minutes longer, or until chicken is opaque throughout, but still juicy.
