Linguine With Broccoli And Scallops

Ingredients
  Broccoli flowerets 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Linguine 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 12 Tablespoon, divided
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Bay scallops 1 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water; drain; set aside.
Cook pasta 8 to 10 minutes and drain.
Toss with 4 tablespoons butter.
Heat remaining butter; add garlic; saute until soft.
Add scallops, salt, and pepper; cook until scallops are opaque.
Add broccoli, heat thoroughly.
Toss with cheese.
Serve.
