Ingredients
  Ground chuck 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Spaghetti sauce 32 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 5 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce, shredded (1 Package)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a slow cooker, put carrots, margarine, butter, gingeroot, marmalade and pecans and cook them on HIGH for 2-3 hours after covering.

SERVING
2.Serve hot
