Country Italian Chicken Stew
|Diced raw potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Skinned boned chicken breast||16 Ounce, cut into 16 pieces (Uncooked)|
|Canned tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Healthy Request)|
|Fat free italian dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Kraft)|
Spray a slow cooker container with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
Evenly arrange potatoes, carrots, and celery in prepared container.
Sprinkle onion over top.
Place chicken pieces evenly over vegetables.
In a small bowl, combine tomato soup and Italian dressing.
Spoon mixture evenly over top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Gently stir just before serving.
