Country Italian Chicken Stew

Ingredients
  Diced raw potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 1
  Sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skinned boned chicken breast 16 Ounce, cut into 16 pieces (Uncooked)
  Canned tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Healthy Request)
  Fat free italian dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Kraft)
Directions

Spray a slow cooker container with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
Evenly arrange potatoes, carrots, and celery in prepared container.
Sprinkle onion over top.
Place chicken pieces evenly over vegetables.
In a small bowl, combine tomato soup and Italian dressing.
Spoon mixture evenly over top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Gently stir just before serving.
