Ingredients
  Prepared pesto 1 Tablespoon
  Low carb multigrain bread 2
  Arugula leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prosciutto 2 Ounce, sliced
  Mozzarella 2 Ounce, sliced
Directions

Spread pesto on both slices of bread.
Top one slice with arugula, prosciutto, and mozzarella.
Top with remaining slice of bread and cut in half.
