|Prepared pesto||1 Tablespoon|
|Low carb multigrain bread||2|
|Arugula leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prosciutto||2 Ounce, sliced|
|Mozzarella||2 Ounce, sliced|
Spread pesto on both slices of bread.
Top one slice with arugula, prosciutto, and mozzarella.
Top with remaining slice of bread and cut in half.
