Rinaldo's Italian Salad Dressing
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cracked black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemons juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Large, grated|
|Garlic||10 Clove (50 gm), chopped|
1) Use a large screw-top jar, to put olive oil, red wine vinegar, red wine, pepper, lemon juice, onion, and garlic.
2) Cover the jar with lid and shake thoroughly.
3) Place inside refrigerator to chill.
4) Serve the dressing on top of any salad.
