Ingredients
  Egg noodles 8 Ounce (Shoestring Type, 1 Package)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm) (Large Cloves)
  Garlic salt/Plain salt To Taste
  Parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook noodles as directed on package.
Melt butter and squeeze garlic through garlic press into butter.
Toss noodles and garlic butter on a warm platter and add garlic salt, or plain salt, to taste.
For a special flavor, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4 to 6.
