|Egg noodles||8 Ounce (Shoestring Type, 1 Package)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm) (Large Cloves)|
|Garlic salt/Plain salt||To Taste|
|Parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Melt butter and squeeze garlic through garlic press into butter.
Toss noodles and garlic butter on a warm platter and add garlic salt, or plain salt, to taste.
For a special flavor, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4 to 6.
