Ingredients
  Italian sausage 1⁄2 Pound, skinned (Use Fresh)
  Prosciutto 1⁄4 Pound, sliced 1/4 inch thick (Soupy Style, Soppresatta)
  Pepperoni 1⁄4 Pound, sliced 1/4 inch thick (Homemade Variety)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Canned whole plum tomatoes 56 Ounce (2 Cans, 28 Ounce Each)
  Scallion 1 , chopped
  Basil 1 Pinch
  Oregano 1 Pinch
  Red pepper 1 Pinch
  Canned artichoke hearts in water 8 Ounce (1 Small Jar)
  Tiny green peas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Either Fresh Or Frozen)
  Fettucini 1 Pound (Use Fresh)
  Grated romano cheese 2 Tablespoon (To Taste)
Directions

Brown Italian sausage, soupy, prosciutto and pepperoni with garlic in saucepan, stirring frequently.
Add tomatoes, scallion, basil, oregano and red pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add artichokes and peas.
Simmer until heated through.
Serve over hot cooked fettucini; sprinkle with cheese.
