Three Cheese Buckwheat Linguine

Ingredients
  Buckwheat pasta 1
  Gorgonzola cheese 80 Milliliter
  Mascarpone cheese 250 Milliliter
  Grated romano cheese 80 Milliliter
  Half and half cream 125 Milliliter
Directions

Process the pasta and cut into linguine.
Cook pasta al dente in a large kettle of boiling salted water.
Drain.
Blend the cheeses with the cream.
Toss the hot noodles through the cheese sauce.
Serve.
