20 Minute Italian Spaghetti

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onions 5 , sliced
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato paste 12 Ounce (Two 6 Ounce Cans, 1 1/3 Cups)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can, 1 Cup)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients in pressure pan.
Adjust cover.
Exhaust air from cooker.
Cook at 15 pounds pressure 20 minutes.
Reduce pressure quickly.
Serve the meat sauce over cooked spaghetti (one 8-ounce package long spaghetti).
Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
