|Cantaloupe||20 Gram, thinly sliced|
|Goat cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Argula greens||20 Gram|
|Ciabatta bread||200 Gram|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
1. Assemble prosciutto, cantaloupe, goat cheese and few leaves of arugula between two slices of ciabatta bread.
2. Brush both - base as well as top breads with olive oil.
3. Place in the grill/ griddle for 7-8 minutes.
4. Serve Panini with your favorite sauce.
