Shell and devein the prawns, skewer them lengthwise so they won't curl during cooking.
Brush them with oil and place them on a baking sheet.
Blend the herbs, spices and season the prawns heavily.
Broil the prawns for 2 1/2-3 minutes on each side, over a grill medium coals or under the oven broiler.
Serve at once.
