|Boiling salted water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
Break the cauliflower into flowerettes, discarding the thick part.
Cook in boiling salted water until just tender.
Heat oil in a frying pan with a clove of garlic.
Remove the garlic, put in the cauliflower and mash into the oil with a fork, turning it over and over until it is brown on all sides.
