Herbed Seafood Bruschetta

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped fresh chives 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped fresh mint 1 Tablespoon
  Bottled minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen crabmeat/1 can, 6 1/2 ounce crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed 6 Ounce, thawed and drained
  Peeled deveined cooked shrimp 8 Ounce, coarsely chopped
  Chopped plum tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  French baguette 8 Ounce (1 Bread Loaf)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a mixing bowl stir together the 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, snipped chives, basil, mint, and garlic. Add crabmeat, shrimp, plum tomatoes, and onion; toss to coat.
2. Cut the bread into 48 thin slices. Brush 1 side of each slice with some of the 2 tablespoons olive oil; sprinkle lightly with pepper. Arrange bread, brushed side up, on baking sheet. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes till toasted. Turn and broil other side till toasted. Arrange, oiled side up, on a serving platter; spoon seafood mixture on top. If desired, garnish with additional chives.
