Baked Stuffed Shells
|Jumbo pasta shells||6 Ounce (Half Of 12 Ounce Package)|
|Creamed small curd cottage cheese||1 Pound (1 Carton)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Plain bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Packaged)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Spaghetti sauce||32 Ounce (1 Jar)|
In a large pot, cook shells as package directs.
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, half of mozzarella, the egg, bread crumbs, parsley, and salt.
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spoon 1 cup spaghetti sauce into a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Stuff cheese mixture into shells.
Place stuffed shells, filling side up, in baking pan.
Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over shells.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
