Healthy Italian Dressing & Soy Capuccino
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Italian seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cornstarch||2 Teaspoon, dissolve in 1/4 cup water|
|Soy milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Carob powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Grain coffee||2 Tablespoon|
|Milled cane sugar||4 Tablespoon|
1. Boil the concentrated apple juice and lemon juice by mixing with water.
2. Whisk the cornstarch in water.
3. Add the garlic powder, onion pwder, salt, herbs and Italian dressing to the apple juice. Pour the cornstarch solution into the juice and cook for sometime to thicken the dressing.
1. Warm the milk a little and pour into blender. Put other ingredients into the blender. Blend in low speed for a while to create the froth.
