|Basil leaves||2 Ounce, stalks removed (50 Gram, 1 Large Bunch)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Pine nuts||1 1⁄2 Ounce (40 Gram)|
|Olive oil||4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)|
|Butter||1 Ounce, softened|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Parmesan cheese shavings||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a food processor or blender combine basil, garlic, pine nuts ,and oil. Run the machine and blend the ingredients to a smooth soft paste.
2) Pour the sauce in a clean bowl and add cheese and butter. Also, add seasonings as per taste.
3) Toss freshly cooked pasta with the sauce and garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
