|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic/Equivalent of liquid garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Raw shrimp||1 Pound, cleaned and deveined|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add Worcestershire sauce, sherry, garlic, lemon juice, and sugar.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in pan.
Spoon sauce over shrimp.
Broil for 8 minutes.
Remove from broiler; let stand 15 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley over shrimp; broil at high heat for 2 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice; sprinkle with cheese.
