Lemony Prawn Bruschetta

Ingredients
  Baguette slice 4 , sliced on an angle
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), thinly sliced
  Red chili 1 Large, deseeded and sliced
  Raw king prawns 8 Ounce, butterflied (200 Gram)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice 1 Lemon)
  Coriander 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), leaves chopped (1 Small Bunch)
  Rocket leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Keep warm the toasted bread. MAKING 2) In a wok, heat the oil and cook garlic with chili until sizzles. 3) On the high heat, add prawns and cook them until pink. 4) Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle corriander and lemon juice on the prawns. SERVING 5) Season the prawns and serve on top of toasted bread and rocket leaves.
