Ingredients
  Salt pork/Prosciutto fat 4 Ounce, chopped
  Garlic 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onion 1 Large, grated or chopped
  Celery 2 , chopped
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz), chopped or diced
  Potatoes 2 , diced
  Beef broth/Chicken broth 4 Quart
  Canned white kidney beans 3 Can (30 oz)
  Canned red kidney beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 4
  Macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a skillet, heat oil and stir in salt pork or prosoiutto fat and cook until brown.
2.Put garlic in it and stir for a minute.
3.Add onion, celery, tomatoes and potatoes in the skillet and cook.
4.Once the onion and celery is cooked, pour chicken brith or beef in the skillet.
5.After cooking for few minutes, put white kidney beans, red kidney beans, salt and pepper as per the teaste.
6.Put bay leave and cook for half an hour.
7.In a seperate bowl, cook macaroni.
8.Once cooked, pour cold water over th emacaroni and then put it in the skillet as well.

SERVING
9.Serve the dish hot.
