Tortellini With Pesto and Broccoli
|Broccoli||5 Ounce, cut in short (140 Gram)|
|Tortellini||250 Gram (Ham And Cheese Works Well)|
|Toasted pine nuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Balsamic vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Cherry tomatoes||8 , halved|
GETTING READY 1) In a large pan, boil the water. 2) Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes. 3) Prepare the tortellni in the boiling water or according to the pack instructions. 4) Drain broccoli and tortellini and rince with cold water. 5) In a bowl, place both the ingredients. MAKING 6) Toss the pesto, pine nuts and vinegar with the broccoli and tortellini. FINALIZING 7) Add to the dish, tomatoes and toss well. 8) Store the prepared vegetables in containers and chill them. SERVING 9) Bring the vegetables to the room temperature before serving in order to get the actual flavot of the pesto and vegetables.
