Bruschetta is definitley a popular tasty quick Italian snack. However shrimp is a new take on it. I generally go with vegetarian one. This is obviously appears better than the local Olive Garden one.

Love this take on bruschetta. We usually just use garlic and reggiano-Parmesano, or roasted tomatoes, or tepenade. Love the idea of shrimp.
