Prawns with Pesto Dip

|Cooked prawns||2 Pound, shelled and deveined, tails left intact (1 Kilogram, Medium Sized)|
|Carrots||2 , cut into thick strips|
|Snow peas||6 1⁄2 Ounce, blanched (200 Gram)|
|Red pepper||1 , cut into thick strips|
|For creamy pesto dip|
|Ready made pesto||4 Ounce (1/2 Cup, 125 Gram)|
|Whole egg mayonnaise||4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup, 125 Milliliter)|
1. To make dip, place pesto and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. To serve, place dip in a small bowl on a large serving platter and surround with prawns, carrots, snow peas and red pepper.
