Prawns with Pesto Dip

Ingredients
  Cooked prawns 2 Pound, shelled and deveined, tails left intact (1 Kilogram, Medium Sized)
  Carrots 2 , cut into thick strips
  Snow peas 6 1⁄2 Ounce, blanched (200 Gram)
  Red pepper 1 , cut into thick strips
For creamy pesto dip
  Ready made pesto 4 Ounce (1/2 Cup, 125 Gram)
  Whole egg mayonnaise 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup, 125 Milliliter)
Directions

1. To make dip, place pesto and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. To serve, place dip in a small bowl on a large serving platter and surround with prawns, carrots, snow peas and red pepper.
