|Nonfat chocolate chip biscotti||8 , crushed|
|Frozen non fat vanilla yogurt||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
|Grated semi sweet chocolate||4 Teaspoon|
In a small bowl, dissolve the espresso powder in the water.
Set aside to cool.
Divide one-third of the biscotti crumbs among 4 parfait glasses.
In each glass, layer 1/3 cup of the frozen yogurt, 1 tablespoon of the espresso, and 1/2 teaspoon of the chocolate.
Top with the remaining biscotti crumbs and the remaining chocolate.
