Ingredients
  Instant espresso powder 2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat chocolate chip biscotti 8 , crushed
  Frozen non fat vanilla yogurt 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Grated semi sweet chocolate 4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl, dissolve the espresso powder in the water.
Set aside to cool.
Divide one-third of the biscotti crumbs among 4 parfait glasses.
In each glass, layer 1/3 cup of the frozen yogurt, 1 tablespoon of the espresso, and 1/2 teaspoon of the chocolate.
Repeat.
Top with the remaining biscotti crumbs and the remaining chocolate.
