Smoked Bologna Kabobs

Ingredients
  Bologna 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet pickles/Sour pickles 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Italian dressing 4 Tablespoon
Directions

On location, about 1 hour before serving:
1. Start fire of glowing coals—this takes about 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cut Bologna into 1-inch cubes. Drain onions. Cut pickles into 1 1/2-inch lengths. On each long metal skewer, alternate Bologna cubes with onions and pickle pieces.
3. Cook, 4 to 5 inches above coals, 15 to 24 minutes, brushing with Italian salad dressing and turning occasionally.
