Italian Potatoes With Fennel

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie italian dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Fennel seed 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
  White potatoes 2 Medium, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except potatoes and Parmesan cheese.
Stir.
Add potatoes.
Mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 9 to 12 minutes, or until tender, stirring twice.
Let stand, covered, for 4 minutes.
Stir.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
