Mini Pizza Making Made Easier

Mini pizzas are quick and easier versions of the conventional pizzas and taste quite good
Ingredients
  Tomato 2 , coarsely chopped
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Green chili 1
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cornflour 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dough 200 Gram
For topping
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Capsicum 2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Mozarella cheese 4 Tablespoon, grated
For garnishing
  Tomato 1 , cut lengthwise into fingers
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, heat oil, put tomato, ginger and chilli, cook till the tomatoes are dissolved. Add salt and cornflour.
2. Blend in an electric blender, and remove the tomato skin, if any.
3. Using a poori press, press a thick poori like circle of a 2 inch ball of the dough.
4. To the prepared sauce, add onion, capsicum and mozzarella cheeze, mix well.
5. Apply the sauce a spoonful on the poori, top with tomato.
6. In an improvised oven, bake for 5 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve with your choice of beverage.
