|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Frozen gnocchi||1 Pound (1 Container)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In small bowl combine mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese and paprika.
Toss to coat with paprika.
Place butter and onion powder in 9-in pie plate.
Microwave at High 30 to 45 seconds, or until butter melts.
Gently stir frozen gnocchi and carrot into melted butter until coated.
Cover with wax paper.
Reduce power to 70% (Medium-High).
Microwave 5 to 7 minutes, or until heated, gently stirring once.
Sprinkle cheese mixture over gnocchi.
Microwave, uncovered, at 70% (Medium-High) 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until melted, rotating plate 1/2 turn after half the cooking time.
