Tomato Bruschetta Recipe By Luci Lock

Ingredients
  Organic tomatoes 2 , dice
  Onion 1⁄2 , dice
  Basil leaves 6 , dice
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Red bell pepper 1 Small, slice
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add the diced organic tomatoes, onion, basil leaves, olive oil and black pepper and mix well.
2. Slice the red peppers such that it can contain the mix.
3. Top the filling on the red pepper slices.

SERVING
4. Plate and serve.
