Savory Italian Turkey
|Bone in turkey breast half||4 Pound|
|Italian dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried rosemary leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place turkey in large plastic food storage bag.
In 1-cup measure, combine Italian dressing, oregano and rosemary.
Pour over turkey.
Place bag on plate.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight, turning bag over once.
Remove turkey from marinade.
Place turkey skin-side down on roasting rack.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 10 minutes.
Turn turkey skin-side up.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 30 to 45 minutes, or until internal temperature registers 170°F in thickest portion.
Let stand, tented with foil, for 10 minutes.
