Ingredients
  Fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut up, skin and fat removed
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2 , crushed
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Low sodium tomatoes 16 Ounce (1Can, Undrained)
  Low sodium tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Coat chicken pieces with flour and brown in oil. Remove from pan.
2. Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in pan for about 3 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.serve over rice or noodles.
