Italian Pork Steak
|Italian sausage||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch slices|
|Pork blade steaks||3 , cut into halves (About 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings|
Cook and stir sausage in 10-inch skillet until brown; remove sausage and reserve.
Cook pork in same skillet over medium heat until brown; drain.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and reserved sausage.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is done, 20 to 25 minutes.
