Italian Bean Salad
|Spring onions||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Red chili||1 , deseeded and finely chopped|
|Canned cannellini beans||800 Gram, rinsed and drained (2 Cans, 400 Gram Each)|
|Canned butter beans||200 Gram|
|Olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped (Handful Of)|
Finely chop the spring onions and put into a bowl with the garlic and chilli.
Mix in the cannellini and butter beans.
Whisk the olive oil with the vinegar and plenty of seasoning.
Stir through the salad with plenty parsley.
