Italian Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Spring onions 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Red chili 1 , deseeded and finely chopped
  Canned cannellini beans 800 Gram, rinsed and drained (2 Cans, 400 Gram Each)
  Canned butter beans 200 Gram
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped (Handful Of)
Directions

Finely chop the spring onions and put into a bowl with the garlic and chilli.
Mix in the cannellini and butter beans.
Whisk the olive oil with the vinegar and plenty of seasoning.
Stir through the salad with plenty parsley.
