Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 15 Gram
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh basil leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1.Melt butter in small saucepan, add pine nuts, stir constantly over medium heat until nuts are browned; cool.
2.Process basil with pine nuts, garlic, cheese and sugar until smooth.
3.Add oil gradually in a thin stream while motor is operating, process until combined.
Serve over hot pasta.
