Chargrilled Vegetables with Pesto

|Capsicum||1 , cut into pieces (Pepper)|
|Eggplant||1 , cut into slices (Aubergine)|
|Red onions||2 , quartered|
|Zucchini||2 , sliced lengthwise (Courgette)|
|Sweet potato||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Pesto||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Of Your Choice)|
1. Prepare vegetables for grilling.
2. Grease and heat a chargrill pan. Brush vegetable slices with a little olive oil and chargrill until golden brown and vegetables are cooked.
3. Serve with pesto or basil aioli.
