Minestrone Alla Milanese

Ingredients
  Canned reduced sodium beef broth 29 Ounce (2 Cans, 14 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Canned diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (Undrained, 1 Can)
  Diced potato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Coarsely chopped carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced fresh green beans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Canned cannellini beans 15 1⁄2 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
Directions

COMBINE all ingredients except cannellini beans and cheese in slow cooker; mix well.
Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours.
Add cannellini beans.
Cover and cook on LOW 1 hour or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Remove and discard bay leaf.
Garnish with cheese, if desired.
